Imports approximately hundred types of frozen marine products, fresh / frozen-fruit / vegetables, flowers and ornamental plants from 32 countries, and distributes them to fisheries, food manufacturers, wholesalers, GMS ( general merchandise store ), and the restaurant industry.

Provides JAL SELECTION brand items that are produced according to the concept that customers should be able to "enjoy JAL's in-flight meals in their homes." Also plans and develops in-flight menus and exports Japanese food items to a wide range of countries.

Imports and distributes several hundred types of wine from the best winemakers in the world, including champagne from Joseph Perrier in France and wine from Clos Du Val in California. These wines are enjoyed in JAL’s first-class passengers and provided through other in-flight service, they are also distributed in at hotels, restaurants, department stores and through mail-order sales.

Collects specialty products from different regions across Japan and provides them as year-end gifts or summer gifts etc., targeting diversified distributors, including major department stores, GMS ( general marchandise store ) and convenience stores.
